Description
FEB 2017 to PRESENT: Site is located at KM 28 mile marker on the road, 35 km north of Mayo. Directions: Turn off Silver Trail Hwy onto South McQuesten River Road, stay on main road. At 23.6 km, cross South McQuesten River bridge. Pass road to left at 25.2 km, continue to 28 km marker. River is near road. START to FEB 2017: Site is 1.8 km upstream of confluence with South McQuesten River, 35 km north of Mayo, 26.5 km west of Elsa. Follow same route to 25.6 km, find clearing with crossroad. Go right, travel ~300 m, park at cabin site. Follow blaze/trail to creek. Old site coordinates: 63.908, -136.03548.
